My Story

I’ve held many roles in my life — mother & wife , fashion model & muse, therapist & listener , founder & leader...

But what’s always stayed the same is my need to understand people.

Not just who they are, but what shaped them. And more importantly, what still holds them back.

KōReframe was born not from having all the answers, but from knowing what it feels like to lose your place in the story … and then choose to rewrite it.

After 30+ years in the fashion industry, working with legends like Karl Lagerfeld, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren and many others, I stepped away from the runway and toward the questions that had always been there:

Who am I without the roles?

And what happens when the old answers no longer feel true?

That quiet shift led me to study psychology, to create Milan Women Network, a space for connection I once needed but couldn’t find and to begin supporting others through their own in-between moments.

Some are navigating transitions in identity or career. Others are simply tired of living inside stories that no longer reflect who they are. Many don’t know exactly what they want, but they know something has to change.

My work isn’t about fixing. It’s about seeing … clearly, gently, and honestly.

It’s about making space for the version of you that’s trying to emerge.

And while my story is still unfolding, one thing is certain:

I want to be the kind of woman my daughters can look up to, not because I’ve done everything right,

but because I’ve learned how to begin again.

With courage. With care. With curiosity.

If you're in a moment of change, you're not lost.
You’re just in the space where something new can begin and I’ll help you get through it.
